All Winners records who is on top of national contests in the United States. A contest is included only if:
- anyone in the US has a path to win it, wherever they live: national filters such as age, citizenship, qualifying rounds or nomination are fine, but contests limited to one state or district, or to students, are not;
- it has published rules and a jury, judges, arbiters, referees, a league or a certified vote that decides it (rankings such as "richest" do not count);
- it has run for at least four consecutive editions;
- it is decided in the United States or the United States and Canada (international entrants are welcome);
- its winners are people or teams of people.
Two independent sources
A result is published only when two independent sources agree, for example the organizer's official results page and Wikidata, or the organizer's results page and the organizer's own press release. Nothing provisional is ever shown. When sources disagree, nothing is published until the conflict is resolved.
What is excluded
- Contests limited to people under 18, and any result won by someone under 18 on the day. When only a birth year is known, a winner counts as an adult only at 20 or older.
- Second and third places: winners only.
People
Person pages show only a winner's name, their wins, and public links. Every sentence is built from cited results. There are no photos, contact details, or private information.
